Halloween

It is known that Halloween is the holiday known as the Night of the witches who celebrate the night of October 31 and has its origins in the Celtic festival of Samhain and the Christian feast of All Saints Day, but This letter is not to tell of how Halloween was born, now I want to tell my perception of Halloween and some concerns and curiosities that have touched me to see in my city because of this celebration.

The main thing in Medellin to celebrate Halloween is the costume, which is the fundamental gesture of celebration in the city.

It's very nice to see children with their joy and innocence that day and dress up to emulate a celebrity wearing your costume through the streets of neighborhoods and commercial centers, is also very funny to see how ingenious and costumes are worth admiring in adults, elaborate costumes and fun to competing in clubs and night spots for various rewards.

To mention some funny costumes we well-prepared for tonight we can start with men: SpongeBob Square Pants, it's fun to see someone who is with this costume and can be many materials, but the heat will have to endure during the night is not is anything but enviable, so does Sherk and Santa Claus, carrying a little more time to elaborate. Very funny costumes also present use emoticons in msn, and although not as much fun but still casual will be the modern superhero, Batman, Superman, Spider-Man and the entire Justice League.

For the girls disguise has characterized the concept of "sexy" in that handles the miniskirt, the tight tops and suspenders, so you are in the Halloween night of sexy dressed girls: dolls, cowboy, heroes, stories fantasy, among others. The important thing to blend with this costume is not to exceed the limits of vulgarity.

Now the costumes pathetic, it is incomprehensible as today we see people coming out with school uniforms of her sisters that was fun when it was truly above with the aim of having a costume, accessories, makeup, and others. Or as some men with a simple savanna think they are disguised as ghosts, even worse than emulating a sheet placed in a diaper and think they are babies. Even vulgar men who leave the lingerie and heels, gives the impression that they are not costumes if not realities.

To conclude, I recommend that costumes are designed and really be prepared and do not dress for dress up; otherwise it is better to be with normal clothes.
Finally on the eve costume day I leave a little reflection "Although it is one day a year, many people living with the mask"

A SMALL INCIDENT

The coup was planned by the CIA and important members of the U.S. government. The armed force of Chile and the general augusto pinochet (not capitalized) also worked in the macabre plan. The coup was also supported by the economic elite and some banks.

The First September 11th,
Thousand were murdered ¡thousand! Many more people than the second September the 11th
However, after the coup, the barbarisms just get started; because pinochet and his regime remained in power for 16 years. It was terrible for Chilean people. Men and women who had seen their lives destroyed by the death or disappearance of friends and relatives. Men and women without hope.

The First September 11th.

We want to work with September the 11th commemoration in Chile; because, this event or little incident have been forgotten by people, news papers, news, journal, everyone.
So, most people can only remember: September the 11th in New York. But, they have not idea about September 11th in Chile.
What happened in New York? We know more or less, we know that newspaper or news have said. But, what about September the 11th in Chile.
Well, we want to share a little about what happened in Chile.
We know that the horror and the panic is the same in New York, in Chile or anywhere in the world.
In this course, we have heard Pablo explain, what happened in Chile. But we want to deepen it.
In 1970, Salvador Allende became one of the first socialist presidents in Latin America. Salvador Allende implemented programs to help Chile’s poor. Allende, redistributing land to peasants and guaranteeing health and education to all Chileans.
Allende had the support of Chile’s poor: the workers, intellectual, students. However, Allende did not have the support of Chile’s economic and military elite, nor of the United States. So, Chile’s enemies organized a coup.

WHAT ARE CELEBRATIONS ABOUT?

Celebrations are meant to commemorate special occasions that have an important meaning to people. Sometimes these celebrations are joyful occasions such as Christmas or New Year’s Eve where people can share with family and friends. Sometimes they are for remembering important events in history, for example Independence Day (which is different in every country).

There are also days in the year that are not celebrations but dates to commemorate tragic events in the past such as September 11 or the end of the World War.
